A broker can upload enrollment on behalf of an employer group once a Broker Authorization Form is completed. If any changes are needed in an employee\u2019s profile prior to the group\u2019s effective date, please contact Enrollment at <a href=\"mailto:enrollment@hne.com\" target=\"_blank\">enrollment@hne.com<\/a> to request the change.<\/li>\n<li>Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.<\/li>\n<li>Other customer experience and support system updates have been made as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Member Portal<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have made several <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/broker\/2018\/01\/09\/member-portal-enhancements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general enhancements<\/a> to improve members\u2019 user experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are happy to inform you about the following enhancements recently made to the Employer and Member portals: Employer Portal A new group is now able to register 30 days prior to effective date, and can begin enrolling employees in the portal.
