This can easily be done via the Health New England member portal at <a href=\"https:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\/Login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">my.healthnewengland.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into the Health New England <a href=\"https:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\/Login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">member portal<\/a> and click on the Pharmacy Benefits icon.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cGet Started\u201d on the Pharmacy Benefits page, which will bring you to the OptumRx portal.<\/li>\n<li>Follow prompts to re-register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon completion of this one-time re-registration, single sign-on access to the OptumRx portal from the Health New England member portal will resume.<\/p>\n<p>Although OptumRx portal functionality and appearance will be revamped, members will still have access to features like claim details, mail order, refill reminders, drug pricing, pharmacy search and much more.<\/p>\n<p>For a snapshot and more about the new portal, view this <a href=\"http:\/\/hnetalk.com\/employer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/OptumRx-consumer-portal-Info.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">PDF from OptumRx<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OptumRx, Health New England\u2019s pharmacy benefits manager for commercial plans, is releasing a redesigned online portal for members.
