Based on this feedback, we recently released an enhanced member experience and a new look for the member portal.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>main navigation menu<\/strong> moved to the left-hand side of the page for quick access to key information such as Coverage, Benefit Details, Claims, Provider Search and Forms.<\/li>\n<li>An enhanced<strong> coverage page view<\/strong> shows an easy-to-read dashboard of your deductibles and most recent claims for the member and each dependent, if any.<\/li>\n<li>New <strong>icons representing resources<\/strong> like Teladoc<span style=\"font-size: 50%; vertical-align: super;\">\u00ae<\/span>,* Wellness, Health Programs, Cost of Care Calculator, Pharmacy Benefits,** etc., give the member one-click access.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobile adaptability<\/strong> makes viewing key information on a smartphone or tablet streamlined.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If enrolled in a <strong>high deductible health plan<\/strong>, the member continues to have single sign-on access to their health savings account (HSA) information on <a href=\"https:\/\/healthequity.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">HealthEquity\u2019s website<\/a>. In addition, the member also still has single sign-on access to the <strong>Healthy Directions portal<\/strong>, powered by WebMD Health Services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EOB Reminder<br \/>\n<\/strong>Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) are provided in electronic format on the member portal and are not mailed to members. Members can print an EOB from the Claims page on the member portal, or can change preferences to have EOBs mailed home. To do this, members should log into the member portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/my.HealthNewEngland.org\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>my.HealthNewEngland.org <\/strong><\/a>and mouse over their name at the top right of the page. Click \u201cMember Preferences\u201d and check the box for \u201cManage my Paperless Preferences\u201d to change mailing preferences. Paper copies can also be requested by calling Member Services at (413) 787-4004 or toll-free at (800) 310-2835 (TTY: 711).<\/p>\n<p>As always, we want to help make managing members\u2019 health care benefits easy. Members can register and log into the member portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>my.healthnewengland.org <\/strong><\/a>and see how easy it is to use.
