It is easy to use and easy to explain how to use it when asked for help.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIt is a truly improved user experience!\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t done so yet, please register for the Employer Portal at <a href=\"http:\/\/my.healthnewengland.org\" target=\"_blank\">my.healthnewengland.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Your HNEDirect login will not transfer to the new portal. Through the registration process, you will set up a new login for the new portal.
