Trinity Health Of New England Hospitals & SOHO Health Physicians
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our provider networks to include Trinity Health Of New England’s Connecticut hospitals and their physician network known as SOHO Health (Southern New England Healthcare Organization).* This expansion applies to our fully-funded and self-funded commercial HMO and PPO networks, and our Medicare HMO and HMO-POS networks.

Effective August 1, 2020, the following Trinity Health Of New England facilities in Connecticut will be part of our network:

Upon successful credentialing and enrollment of each provider, we will update our online provider directory at healthnewengland.org. Due to the high volume of providers joining our network at this time, updates will be made daily. Please use our “Find a Provider” tool at the top of our homepage to verify if your physician has completed enrollment.

In addition, we continue to maintain our strong relationship with Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA, which is a part of Trinity Health Of New England, and includes the following in-network facilities:

*Please note: Not all physicians affiliated with Trinity Health Of New England hospitals are included; only SOHO Health physicians are part of this expansion. SOHO Health is comprised of 1,700+ primary and specialty care physicians. 

Quest Diagnostics Laboratory Drawing Stations
In addition to the above hospitals and physicians, Health New England has contracted with Quest Diagnostics to offer members more convenient locations to have lab work done.

Effective July 1, 2020, members now can access Quest Diagnostics laboratory drawing stations in New England, including all of Massachusetts and Connecticut. This expansion applies to our fully-funded and self-funded commercial HMO and PPO networks, our Medicare HMO and HMO-POS networks, and our BeHealthy Partnership plan.
