Health New England understands that employers are actively involved in improving their work environments and advancing overall employee wellness in Massachusetts. We want to award these efforts!
Health New England’s goal is to honor the hard work and dedication that may go unnoticed in order to achieve employee and worksite wellness. We are proud to say the Health New England Well Worth It Award supports this goal by recognizing our employer groups that have successfully made a commitment to their employees’ overall health. We thank you for your efforts and encourage you to apply for the Health New England Well Worth It Award today.
Eligibility
The Health New England Well Worth It Award program is open to all Health New England Commercial Self-Funded and Fully Funded employer groups, regardless of Healthy Directions participation. Employers must have implemented wellness initiatives in 2018.
How to Apply
- Gather information from wellness programs implemented in 2018.
- Apply on our online form.
- Completed applications must be submitted by midnight on July 31, 2019.
Review Process
Winners will be notified via email in August. Awards will be presented to employer groups at the Health New England Well Worth It Award ceremony on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. Applications are scored and categorized into the following award categories:
Bronze
Displays work of a solid wellness program foundation.
Silver
Program implements wellness best practices and aligns goals with organization.
Gold
Provides measurable outcomes of programs in all aspects of wellness.
