At Health New England, we work hard to provide news and information that is relevant to you and your employees. Much of this information sharing is done electronically and online. Below is an overview of each communications vehicle we use to get the word out.

EmployerMatters Email Newsletters and Alerts
Each month, we compile important information in newsletter format called EmployerMatters. In this email newsletter, we share with you news about Health New England, our plans and our vendor partners, and any issues that may affect you, your employees and members.

Also, on an as needed basis, we send email alerts or notices to make you aware of urgent matters or to invite you to upcoming events.

This website, which is separate from our official Health New England website, is used as a repository for all of the information that is communicated via the EmployerMatters newsletters and alerts. Health New England’s official website is where we share information with members and those thinking of choosing us as their health plan. In early 2016, we redesigned the site with a new look and feel, and easy-to-find information. Visit www.healthnewengland.org to check it out.
