We are pleased to announce that the Executive Office of Health and Human Services has selected HNE to provide coverage for the newly expanded CarePlus program from MassHealth. This program allows individuals who earn up to 138% of the federal poverty level to qualify for MassHealth insurance. People who work part-time or are seasonal workers, as well as people who are students and working part-time, may now qualify.
