HNE will provide reimbursement for up to three one-hour visits per family in each calendar year for any massage therapy or acupuncture.
What services are eligible for reimbursement?

Acupuncture involves the insertion of extremely thin needles through the skin at strategic points on the body.
How must claims be submitted for reimbursement?
Employees must be active HNE members at the time of participation and submission for reimbursement. Massage and acupuncture practitioners must be certified or licensed with their state of practice. Employees can submit a form up to two times per family in each calendar year for a combined annual maximum reimbursement for three one-hour massage or acupuncture sessions per family.
