HNE Medicare Advantage plans will be available to eligible beneficiaries living in Berkshire County starting in 2013. HNE is very excited about expanding its Medicare Advantage plan options to Berkshire County! Now all Medicare beneficiaries in Western Massachusetts can choose a 5-star Medicare Advantage Plan like HNE.

HNE Medicare Advantage Plans received a 5‑star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for plan years 2012 and 2013. The 5-star rating is Medicare’s highest rating and reflects a plan’s overall performance. A plan can get a rating between one and five stars. These ratings help prospective members compare plans based on quality and performance.

HNE’s Medicare Advantage Specialists will offer information sessions for residents of Berkshire County during the Medicare Advantage Annual Enrollment Period from October 15, 2012, to December 7, 2012.
