Since the mid-1990s Health New England (HNE) has been located at One Monarch Place in downtown Springfield, Massachusetts. All HNE associates have been located on the 15th, 16th and, later, 17th floors, working hard to provide the best service possible. Now with over 300 employees, HNE is expanding! In addition to our current floors in Monarch Tower, we will now occupy half of the 8th floor. Since mid-February, local companies have been working to create a new space for HNE’s Member Services and Enrollment teams. The new floor will house over 45 work stations, a new training room, conference rooms, and a few offices.

The move comes as a great relief to both departments. Both Member Services and Enrollment have been on the 16th floor, along with our Claims department, IT Operations, Office Services, and Copy Center. This new space allows them to better handle incoming calls, provides for more functional work spaces, and gives them conference rooms for training on new products and benefits.
