The Health New England Healthy Directions web portal is getting a new look and feel starting January 1, 2020. The portal’s favorite features are being enhanced. With WebMD ONE, members will now enjoy a more personalized experience with a new home page, action plan, simplified navigation and more of what they need to succeed in health related goals.

For members who already have a Healthy Directions web portal account, they will only need to answer a few questions the first time they log on in 2020. These questions will help to customize their Healthy Directions WebMD ONE experience.

The Wellness At Your Side app will also be updated and can be downloaded at the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using connection code: healthnewengland.
