Recent Portal Updates

We are happy to inform you about the following enhancements recently made to the Broker, Employer and Member portals:
Broker Portal
- Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.
- Brokers can now change the order of the quotes displayed on screen and in the final quote document (i.e., lowest to highest)
- In the quoting process, validation of an employer’s zip code will occur to ensure employer is in our coverage area – if invalid, broker cannot proceed in quoting process.
- Brokers can now access and search quotes for a specific company in their Book of Business.
Employer Portal
- A new group is now able to register 30 days prior to effective date, and can begin enrolling employees in the portal. A broker can upload enrollment on behalf of an employer group once a Broker Authorization Form is completed. If any changes are needed in an employee’s profile prior to the group’s effective date, please contact Enrollment at enrollment@hne.com to request the change.
- Member enrollment will no longer be accepted in the portal past a Division end date.
- Other customer experience and support system updates have been made as well.
Member Portal
We have made several general enhancements to improve members’ user experience.
