New Plan: HMO Core 2000 effective July 1

We are excited to introduce the new HMO Core 2000 plan for Small Employer Groups! This new plan is a cost-effective option in our HMO Gold tier product line. While featuring the desired and in-demand $2000 deductible of our Essential 2000 plan, the new Core 2000 plan gives employers and members lower premiums and top quality benefit coverage along with affordable cost sharing.
The most widely utilized benefits do not go toward deductible – making it attractive to your employer groups and members.
HMO Core 2000 is effective July 1, 2018, and quoting is now available.
