Health New England has launched a Broker Referral pilot program for Medicare for Health New England commercial brokers. The pilot program runs November 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017.

This program is designed to make it easy for you to help us grow our Medicare membership through referrals as your clients transition into retirement.

Overview

• If you have clients who might be a good fit for Health New England’s Medicare product, you can send us a referral.
• Clients should be living in the Health New England Massachusetts service area (Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin and Berkshire counties), and are or soon will be Medicare eligible.
  › This program does not pertain to appointed Medicare brokers in Connecticut, Connecticut residents/enrollees or commercial Medicare Employer Group Waiver Plans.
•  Client referrals can be made via the MedicareReferral@HNE.com mailbox. Referrals must include:
  › A completed Medicare Broker Referral client demographic form
  › A signed Scope of Appointment form for each individual.
