Member portal offers helpful tools and resources

Our mobile app has been discontinued and replaced with our new member portal, my.healthnewengland.org. Our new portal is mobile friendly and offers even more tools and resources – like our Cost of Care Calculator and access to a doctor 24/7 through Teladoc – to help members to manage their health care.

- Cost of Care Calculator to estimate cost for medical procedures ahead of time
- Access to a doctor 24/7 for non-urgent medical issues through Teladoc*
- Easy connectivity to wellness programs on our Healthy Directions web portal*
- Ability to submit wellness reimbursements online**
- View HealthEquity health savings account or health reimbursement arrangement balances in real time

How the discontinuation of our mobile app affects members
- Existing materials encouraging members to download the app will be phased out, instead directing them to register for the new member portal.
- The app has been removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- As of Feb.1, the app no longer functions. It will; however, still appear on the member’s device until they physically delete it.
All Health New England commercial members are encouraged to register for our member portal at www.my.healthnewengland.org and start taking advantage of their health care tools and resources today!
