Starting August 1, Health New England members* have access to U.S. board-certified physicians 24/7/365 through Teladoc. With Teladoc, members can request a phone or online video consultation with a Teladoc physician to treat non-emergency medical issues such as cold and flu, urinary tract infections, ear infections and more.

Teladoc is not intended to replace the member’s primary care provider (PCP); it is an affordable and convenient alternative to costly visits to the urgent care center or emergency room.
