Never before have we operated in such an intense legislative and regulatory environment. Massachusetts Payment Reform was passed in August 2012. Implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) continues with key provisions to be enacted in 2014. The Massachusetts Health Connector is becoming an exchange to meet federal requirements. And that’s just a few of the changes in store.
On January 23, 2013 HNE presented an overview of Massachusetts Payment Reform, the upcoming requirements under PPACA for businesses effective 2013 and 2014, and the changes to the Massachusetts Health Connector. Below are the slided from presenters.
