Special eMail address for broker inquires to HNE Member Services

HNE is pleased to announce that a special email address has been set up for broker inquiries to our Member Services Team. This email address should be used when a broker is trying to help a member by; changing an address, ordering a new id card, checking eligibility, advising of benefit information, requesting forms, resolving claims issues and much more!
All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours, or in case of an email sent on weekends or holidays – the next business day.
Brokers are required to have a Designation of Personal Representation form signed for us to look into a member specific inquiry such as a billing or claim issue. This form authorizes a broker to work on a Member’s behalf concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
