As you may know, the Division of Insurance has rejected the rates we filed for April of this year.  HNE and other plans have brought suit to have that decision set aside.  We expect a preliminary ruling from Judge Neel of the Superior Court no later than the close of business on Monday, April 12.  We hope the Judge’s decision will clarify the rates we may quote while the legal process is continuing.  HNE fully intends to continue offering small group and individual insurance coverage, but we think it is important to obtain the Judge’s ruling first. We will provide an update as soon as we have the Judge’s decision.
